I was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia and have been married for 24 years to Donna Haycox. Together we have raised two beautiful daughters. My education includes a BS in Mathematics and I graduated from Lynchburg College in 1984. I am very active in community charitable and benevolent organizations. In addition, I am a member of First Presbyterian Church and the Princess Anne Country Club. In my leisure I enjoy surfing, fishing, hunting, tennis, snowboarding as well as traveling.
