Zachary Cole Ayala is an Associate in Lenox Advisors’ Los Angeles office, where he supports clients with thoughtful financial planning and a disciplined, analytical approach. He joined Lenox in 2025 and brings experience gained through a range of roles that strengthened his understanding of client service, finance, and operational strategy.

Zachary earned a dual major in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University. He also completed the CAIA UniFi Fundamentals of Alternative Investments certificate program, enhancing his perspective on portfolio construction and alternative strategies.

He maintains FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and holds a California insurance license. Outside of work, Zachary enjoys fitness, team sports, philosophy, fine art, design, outdoor activities, and cooking.
